Introducing the Camera Cage for Canon R3 Basic Kit.

The foundation of this kit is the camera cage, which is a perfect option for those who are looking to expand the functionality of their camera, as well as provide extra protection.

Featured mounting points include 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads with locating points, a cold shoe receiver, and threads. This allows for an optional 15mm rod holder to be attached.

Within the Canon R3 Basic Kit, there is an included XENO Top handle, which is mounted pm the top of the cage with a 1/4″-20 screw. Locating pins help it stay secure.

This handle improves flexibility and shooting when it comes to handling the system. This is prominent when it comes to shooting low angles.

Additional mounting options provided by the handle include 1/4″-20 threads and a Cold Shoe Receiver. This is perfect for attaching an external monitor with a Cold Shoe Accessory Mounting Bracket.

An additional 1/4″-20 thread at the bottom of the cage is built to attach various quick release plates. A magnetically mounted multi-tool is included, which is great for assembling the cage or mounting accessories.

The Arca-Swiss Bottom Plate lets users quickly switch between compatible gimbals like the DJI RS3 Pro or ARCA Based Tripods.

The Canon R3 body connects to the cage via one 1/4″-20 screw. It also features 2 security clamps on either side that help stabilize the camera against the cage. This will limit rotation.
