The Samyang 100mm F2.8 ED UMC MACRO photo lens realizes with a magnification of 1: 1 full-size images with superior image quality. This makes it possible to capture the essence of nature at a minimum focusing distance of only 30cm. It is an extremely versatile lens that can be used both as a macro lens for close-ups and as a telephoto lens for portraits and landscapes. The large aperture of F2.8 provides the best level of quality under different conditions.
Built for long-term use
Based on Samyang's exceptional optical technology, the new Samyang 100mm macro lens series features 15 glass lens elements in 12 groups. Including a high refraction lens part (HR) and extra low dispersion lens part (ED) that minimize unnecessary light diffusion and enable high image quality from the center to the corners of the image. The Samyang Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) technology optimizes the incidence of light and minimizes flare and ghosting.
