This Studio Camera is an all-in-one studio camera. The camera includes a 7″ high bright video screen, tally, talk back, LUT, Ethernet, etc. The camera is intended for professional SDI live video switchers such as various ATEM switchers. The cabling of the SDI and Ethernet connection simplifies greater distances to the switch location.

All over one Ethernet cable

With 10G Ethernet connection to Blackmagic, you can connect all signals from the camera through an Ethernet cable to the Blackmagic Studio Converter. The Studio Converter divides the signal into all available signals such as the video and audio, return PGM signal, time code, talkback, tally etc..

These are the same benefits as an SMPTE fiber connection, but over standard Ethernet cable. The Studio Converter also provides power for the Studio Camera 4K Pro. This reduces the number of cables in the studio and is useful when a power source is not available.
