The Portkeys PT5 II, a 5-inch on-camera monitor, offers a budget-friendly solution for filmmakers and content creators, weighing only 150g/5.29oz with its polycarbonate housing. The toughened glass touchscreen protects the display from scratches.

With compact dimensions (136 x 72 x 18.3mm), shooting with the PT5 II feels like having a smartphone attached to your camera, but with additional useful features.

Color accuracy and rich detail are ensured with a maximum brightness of 500 nits and a 10-bit (8 + 2 FRC) panel. The FullHD 1920 x 1080 resolution, a wide 178˚ viewing angle, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio enhance the screen’s performance.

The Peaking algorithm aids easy focus. Exposure tools ensure precise image exposure. 3D LUT monitoring supports custom LUTs. Framing guides, grids, and Auto image flip enhance composition.

The 3.5mm headphone jack provides audio monitoring. Adjustments for sharpness, brightness, and more are available. Anamorphic image de-squeeze supports various ratios. The left side features a 4K HDMI input and output, supporting different signals. The 3.5mm headphone jack also allows audio signal monitoring.

You will find a built in dual battery plate, that can take either Canon LP-E6 or Sony NP-F batteries. Only drawing 7W of power, a single battery can power the monitor or hours.

You can run your monitor via an external battery for unlimited time thanks to the 5.5mm barrel connector 7.4-24V power input on the right side of the monitor.
