DaVinci Resolve Micro Colour Panel (EN)

The DaVinci Resolve Micro Colour Panel is a new, more affordable colour panel for DaVinci Resolve. Features include high quality trackballs and precision machined control knobs to allow fine tuning primary grading parameters. Other functions include transport and navigation keys for shortcut commands.

The DaVinci Resolve Micro Colour Panel allows you r work to be done faster and with more creativity. Multiple parameters can be adjusted easily and precisely, thanks to the fluid, hands on control at your disposal. Work that would usually require a mouse can be accomplished at much faster rates. Every knob, dial, and button has been designed to produce the perfect amount of resistance. This allows you to accurately tune any parameter.

Further functions inputs include 3 high resolution weighted trackballs and 12 precision machined control knobs are featured. This gives you direct access to the most powerful primary correction features. This makes it easy to experiment and try new types of combinations. Functions which can be controlled by the primary knobs include Y Lift, Y Gamma, Y Gain, Contrast, Pivot, Mid-tone Detail, Colour Boost, Shadow, Highlight, Saturation, Hue Rotation and Luminance Mix.

The DaVinci Resolve Micro Colour Panel isn’t much bigger then a keyboard, and is powered by either a battery or USB-C cable. When not being used with an iPad Pro, it becomes a perfect addition to your laptop or computer keyboard. This allows editors and/or colourists to effectively and easily move between their panel and keyboard for simultaneous colour grading and correction

Additional Features

Furthermore, a range of transport and grading control buttons on the are featured on the left, top and right side of the panel that put the most important and common functions at your fingertips. Some functions like the wipe still, cursor and select have only been available on much larger Mini or Advanced grading panels.

Many of the controls are in the same position and the trackballs are designed with a similar professional feel to allow users who are familiar with other products to feel comfortable with this one. Not only are the shift keys familiar, but triple the functionality of the panel.

Additionally you can adjust a power window shape, size and position, its softness, or even resize the input image. All this can be achieved with the same trackballs and rings customers use for grading.
