Socrates is open on weekdays from 9:00 am to 17:30 pm. But available 24 hours a day via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not have a shop in a traditional form, but we do have many products in stock.
You can just walk in and browse our range while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee (or something else).

It depends a bit on which manufacturer you want to buy a product from Socrates. There are manufacturers who do not allow the sale of products outside the territory of the reseller agreement. But Socrates has an extensive network, so it can still be interesting to contact us if you have a specific question about a product. In principle, Socrates uses the manufacturer's warranty conditions unless otherwise agreed. See our Terms and Conditions for more details. We also have a technical service and support department that can help in many cases. In the unlikely event that something is really defective, we will take care of the RMA and return it to the manufacturer. In cases where we have demo equipment, we can (temporarily) lend it out in an emergency.
